Duuo handles recruitment, training and cover.

You can book an Office Hero in three ways: a regular arrangement with the same person at agreed times, ad hoc help for holidays, sickness or busy periods, or a piccoline for company events. We help you choose the set-up that fits your office.

An Office Hero can set out and clear away lunch, do the dishes, prepare meeting rooms and catering, buy and restock coffee, snacks and office supplies, sort post and parcels, tidy shared areas and water the plants. The tasks are agreed with you in advance.

A regular Office Hero from Duuo costs DKK 270–299 per hour excl. VAT, depending on the size of the arrangement. Prices are indicative and depend on factors such as scope, timing and whether you also use other Duuo services.

Ad hoc help from an Office Hero costs DKK 299–335 per hour excl. VAT, depending on notice and duration. Bookings and cancellations at short notice may incur a charge.

With a regular Office Hero you normally get the same person at agreed times, and Duuo covers holidays and sickness. Ad hoc help is booked when you need it, for example to cover your own staff during holidays or sickness, or in busy periods.

A piccoline for company events starts from DKK 350 per hour excl. VAT. They handle the practical side of your event: shopping, decorating, setting out food and drink, refilling during the event and clearing up afterwards.

Although our window cleaning requires a lot of water and the use of chemical products like soap, we exclusively use eco-labelled products (such as ‘Svanemærket’). When we use our water system, however, we don't use any chemicals, just de-mineralized water.
